Intel 12代酷睿冲上16核心!8大8小、GPU很奇怪
TigerLake、RocketLake11代酷睿还没发布,AlderLake12代酷睿就一直曝料不断,甚至官方都确认将在2021年下半年发布。
AlderLake将采用升级版的10nm++工艺,也是Intel桌面平台首次转入10nm,同时首次使用大小核设计,其中大核来自Core酷睿家族,小核则来自Atom凌动家族,另外还有Xe架构的核芯显卡。
AlderLake的大小核配置之前有过一些说法,现在(应该)完整名单来了,分为AlderLake-S、AlderLake-P两大系列,但具体定位区别无法确认,看起来可能是根据GPU规模做的划分。
AlderLake-S系列拥有2-8个大核心、0-8个小核心,合计最多16核心、最烧2核心,同时都是1个GPU核心——架构升级到Xe之后,核心数量计算方式显然会和现在不一样,1个GPU核心到底对应多少执行单元还不得而知。
AlderLake-P系列则是2-6个大核心、0-8个小核心,合计最多14核心、最少2核心,同时都是2个GPU核心。
此前说法成,AlderLake-S系列的热设计功耗目前设定最高125W,但也在研究150W的可行性。
由于接口又要变成新的LGA1700,配套芯片组也会是新的,这次也曝光了4个不同级别的个版本,包括Base基础款、Mainstream主流款、Premium高级款、Super超级款。
